Finance

The finance department's task is to function as an independent function and create added value by being the company's financial conscience, ensuring good order and optimal efficiency in all financial processes and eliminating leakage and waste.

We deliver accurate and relevant financial information and decision-making material on time to the company's stakeholders.

We consist of several different functions with their own areas of responsibility and are divided into Accounting, purchasing and Business controller.

Marketing

The marketing team works with our brand for all of our products and solutions.

We create campaigns, produce marketing materials, films and images and further develop and optimize our digital platforms.

We are also responsible for the company's website and support the operation and organization with marketing and communication materials.

HR

The HR department's overall mission is to create the conditions so that we as a company can achieve our goals and vision and live up to our values.

We are a natural collaborative partner with our businesses in both the administrative and operational work as well as in the longer term in the overall strategic work.

HR consists of an HR team of HRBP and a Payroll team.

Legal

Our mission is to be responsible for the company's legal work, both internally and externally by providing legal support to management and other managers/departments for the entire organization.

We assist with internal support and advice on legal issues, draw up and review all kinds of agreements, opinions and other documents of legal maintenance.

We also represent the company with external parties and authorities and participate in negotiations with property owners and other clients.
