CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Helsinki
We are seeking a customer service professional who is passionate about leadership, inspired by service, and oriented towards continuous improvement.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading Aimo Park Finland’s customer service operations, developing the service experience, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role combines people leadership, operational management, service process development, and the use of data to support decision‑making. You lead your team by example and build a culture where the customer, quality, and shared success are at the center.
Key responsibilities:
Customer service team leadership
Coaching, supporting, and providing direction for the team’s daily work.
Operational management
Ensuring smooth operation of service channels, managing queues, resource planning, and meeting SLA targets.
Service process and quality development
Standardizing operating methods, promoting continuous improvement practices, and elevating the customer experience to the next level.
Analytics and reporting
Using data to inform decisions, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing development actions.
Cross‑team collaboration
Close cooperation with sales, key account management, finance, technical solutions, and service production.
Handling escalated customer cases
Ensuring high service quality across all customer touchpoints.
Developing team competence
Training, onboarding, continuous learning, and maintaining clear structures for daily operations.

What we expect from you
Batchelor degree
Experience in customer service leadership and operational people management (min. 5 years)
Understanding of customer experience, service processes, and data‑driven development
Ability to analyze service performance and take development actions based on insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Ability to lead change and establish clear operating models
Knowledge of the real estate sector is considered an advantage
Fluent Finnish and English skills (Swedish is a plus)
