Are you ready to take ownership of innovative Salesforce solutions? At Aimo, we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our journey towards bringing CRM expertise in-house, supporting operations across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. Your expertise will drive our Salesforce ecosystem forward, delivering impactful solutions that empower our teams and customers.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll be a key member of Aimo’s dedicated CRM team, driving innovation and efficiency across our Sales and Service Cloud modules. Collaborating closely with Product managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders, you’ll design, develop, and implement scalable and user-friendly solutions tailored to our Nordic operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Customize Salesforce: Create applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Administer the Salesforce Ecosystem: Manage users, roles, profiles, and workflows while automating and streamlining business processes.
- Optimize Sales and Service Cloud: Configure and enhance functionalities to support sales cycles and customer service excellence.
- Lead Integrations: Connect Salesforce with other systems to enable seamless data flow.
- Drive Solution Design: Participate in discussions with architects and stakeholders to implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.
- Deploy Features: Manage deployment in test environments and ensure smooth implementation.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to drive innovation. You have:
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- A strong background in Sales and Service Cloud configurations.
- Experience in UI/UX design and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces within Salesforce.
- Experience and knowledge of API integrations and scalable system development.
- An agile mindset, thriving in two-week sprints and iterative development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
