Salesforce Developer – Join our Nordic Salesforce Transformation Journey
Join Aimo’s Nordic Salesforce journey – own our CRM platform, drive integrations and migrations, and turn complex service and sales flows into one smart solution across Sweden, Norway and Finland.
By continuing to think innovatively and always putting people’s needs first, we believe we can make a real difference. As the leading mobility partner in the Nordic region, we are constantly developing new solutions that make everyday life simpler and more sustainable. We are Aimo.
About the Job
We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who wants to own and grow a Nordic Salesforce platform – not just maintain it.
In this role, you will be responsible for how Sales Cloud and Service Cloud support Aimo across Sweden, Norway and Finland. You configure and develop Salesforce solutions that power customer service, back office, field technicians and sales – with a clear principle: use standard Salesforce first, keep the org clean, and build for scale.
You will lead key initiatives such as migrating Freshdesk in Finland and facility management tools into Salesforce, designing integrations with NetSuite, Webticket, Snowflake and chatbots, and establishing harmonised ways of working across markets. From requirement to rollout, you drive the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, train and improve.
About You
You are an experienced Salesforce Developer who enjoys being the go-to person for Salesforce. You like turning complex processes into smart, user-friendly solutions – and you care about how your work lands for all users.
You probably recognise yourself in most of this:
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customisation.
Confident in Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and automation with Flows and validation rules.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, ticketing, data warehouse, etc.).
Solid understanding of data security, sharing models, profiles and permission sets, and how to keep an org performant and maintainable.
A good feel for UI/UX – you design layouts and flows that make sense to non-technical users.
Ideally, experience working across multiple countries or business units and harmonising processes.
As a person, you are attentive and collaborative. You listen carefully, ask smart questions and translate fuzzy requests into clear, realistic solutions. You are proactive and solution-oriented – you don’t sit and wait for perfect requirements. You are comfortable challenging ideas when you see that something won’t scale, isn’t secure or is unnecessarily complex, and you do it in a respectful, constructive way.
Most of all, you think in terms of ownership. You care about the platform, the users and the outcomes, and you’re willing to take responsibility for both successes and lessons learned.
Why Aimo
This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” Salesforce role. It is a chance to build and own a Nordic Salesforce platform that sits at the heart of how we serve customers and run our operations.
You will:
Play a major role in a large integration and harmonisation journey, bringing multiple tools and processes together into Salesforce.
Shape how customer service works across Sweden, Norway and Finland, how field technicians receive and complete work orders, how back office handles cases, and how management sees performance, utilisation and cost.
Influence key architectural choices – standard versus custom, what to migrate versus what to archive, how integrations and reporting are designed. Your input won’t just be “noted”, it will guide our decisions.
Work in a culture built on self-leadership. We expect you to think, decide and drive your area forward – and we give you the mandate and support to do it.
Our values – Courage, Passion, Cooperation and Accountability – are not just words. They show up in how we collaborate across teams and countries, how we handle change, and how we take responsibility for what we build.
