About the job
This role is designed to bridge a critical gap between business and IT, bringing together needs from across the organization, setting priorities, and shaping a clear CRM roadmap. As CRM Product Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring that our CRM solutions not only support the business but also deliver measurable impact.
In practice, this means leading the full implementation and expansion of Salesforce, including both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, while also defining and driving the long-term CRM strategy. You will evaluate and guide decisions on the right tools and partners – for example, determining whether Marketing Cloud should be introduced – and take ownership of system integrations to ensure data consistency and quality. At the same time, you will explore and address customer service needs, such as implementing effective chat solutions, and track progress through key performance indicators like customer satisfaction, efficiency improvements, and reductions in support calls.
About you
We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Product Manager or Product Owner with strong experience in CRM, someone who thrives in a role that combines strategic direction with hands-on execution. In this position, you’ll draw on solid Salesforce expertise, particularly within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, and use your strong business acumen to ensure that CRM solutions create real value for the business.
Your background should include experience in requirements management and stakeholder alignment, along with a strong understanding of system integrations, automation, and data flows. You are comfortable working with lead management, retention strategies, and sales pipelines, and you bring a collaborative, proactive, and analytical mindset to everything you do. Beyond delivering results, you have the ability to coach peers and support other product owners in their development.
Additional experience with PLM, ERP, HR systems, or Marketing Cloud will be considered a strong advantage.
